we have multiple temporary lodging / private rooms that are 20-30 min from Intel, project cardinal, New albany, ohio.
While All Are Unique, Every Location Is Week-To-Week SHARED HOUSING & Has:
Hi-Speed Unlimited Fiber-optic internet, two full-sized house bathrooms, central heat/air, free washer/dryer for Client, private locking furnished rooms, access to furnished house with weekly maid serv, everything included for $250 weekly, drag-up when you like/need.

Some rooms have private bathrooms & are priced slightly higher, but our basic weekly room rate is $250. Most of the rooms are big enough we can add a bed/dresser/end table/light for partners that are traveling with a work buddy. That would only add $50 a week to your weekly room rental.
***We rent temporary lodging for those traveling & currently working at jobs near our locations. Any & all tenants are working hands.
About us
We are a hardworking, hard-road traveling, Union family. The accommodations that are currently available to us while traveling on the road can be exasperating & often, elusive. Either it’s ridiculously priced, infested or we have to drive an hour or more.
Our family goal is to help make traveling fun AND affordable again for traveling tradesmen. We focus on hometown hospitality by bringing back the personal touch. Clean, close, safe & priced reasonably. We keep it simple & peaceful.
Our commitment to our Brothers & Sisters has been heard. The word has spread & we now have 3 locations. With another coming soon!
